Because we sell federally regulated firearms, we also retain certain records — including purchase history, the receiving FFL’s license information, and shipping confirmations — as required under 27 CFR Part 478. These records are kept for the time period specified by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and ship orders to your selected FFL dealer, verify age and identity where required, communicate order status, respond to customer service inquiries, comply with federal and state firearms regulations, detect and prevent fraud, and improve our website and product offerings. We do not sell firearms directly to buyers; all firearm transactions are routed through an FFL-licensed dealer near you who completes the ATF Form 4473 in person.
Sharing of Information
We share information only as necessary: with the receiving FFL dealer you designate (so they can receive and transfer the firearm to you); with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) to deliver your order; with payment processors to authorize payment; with hosting, email, and analytics providers that operate under strict confidentiality agreements; and with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by subpoena, court order, or ATF inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart contents, and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (cart, checkout, account login) will not work without them. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns; you may opt out using Google’s Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on.
Age Verification
All users must be at least 21 years of age to purchase firearms and 18 years of age to purchase long-gun-compatible ammunition and accessories. We verify age at checkout and again when the firearm is transferred at your receiving FFL. Providing false age information is a federal offense under 18 U.S.C. § 922(x).
Data Security
We use TLS encryption on all pages. Payment information is tokenized by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. Passwords are hashed. Access to customer records is limited to authorized staff with a business need.
Your Rights (California, Virginia, Colorado residents)
Under CCPA, CPA, and VCDPA, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion — subject to exceptions for records we are required to retain under federal firearms law. GDPR (European Economic Area)
We do not knowingly ship firearms to EEA residents. If you reside in the EEA and interact with our site, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. The legal bases for our processing are contract performance and legal obligation.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
