What to Include in Your Message
- Order questions: your order number (in the confirmation email subject), the specific question.
- FFL dealer setup: the name and address of your receiving FFL, or ask us to help locate one.
- Compliance questions: your state of residence and the product you are considering — we will tell you before you order whether it ships there.
- NFA questions: the specific item (suppressor model, SBR configuration), trust vs. individual, whether you already have a tax stamp for another item.
- Warranty issues: order number, photos of the issue if possible, description of the problem.

How long does Form 4 take? Currently 180-280 days. We track this on our Form 4 wait time tracker.
Do you ship to my state? We ship to all 50 states. Some products are restricted in California, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, Illinois, and a few others. See the relevant state shipping guide or email us.
How do I find an FFL near me? Use the ATF FFL eZ Check or email us with your ZIP code and we’ll suggest a few.
Can I return a firearm? Not once transferred via Form 4473. See our Returns Policy.
Do you charge a fee for NFA paperwork? No — we handle Form 4 and tax-stamp paperwork at no extra charge for suppressors and SBRs purchased from us.
