Washington State Firearm Restrictions: Post-HB1240 Compliance

Washington banned 60+ “assault weapons” in April 2023 (HB 1240). Here’s what we can ship to Washington state post-ban.

  • Ruger Mini-14 Ranch (on some lists)
  • Semi-automatic shotguns with pistol grips
  • 60+ specifically named firearms

Waiting Period

Washington requires a 10-day waiting period plus mandatory safety training for all semi-automatic rifle purchases. Safety training must be completed within 5 years of purchase.
