The Benelli M2 Field is a 20 gauge semi-automatic shotgun with a 28-inch cryogenically treated barrel and a 3-inch chamber. Its finish is Mossy Oak Bottomland camouflage, and a bead front sight handles aiming. Capacity is 3+1, the Inertia Driven System handles the cycling, and a cross-bolt manual safety is fitted. The shotgun weighs 5.8 pounds and measures 49 inches overall, with a 14 3/8-inch length of pull.

In Georgia, a 20 gauge shotgun loaded with slugs or buckshot is one of the legal deer guns, and the statewide firearms season runs from October 17, 2026 through January 10, 2027. The 3-inch chamber takes standard 20 gauge loads as well as 3-inch magnums, so one gun covers both light and heavier shell choices. Its camouflage finish and light weight suit a hunter who wants a field gun for the season.
